Za nekoga, ki se bori s kroni\u010dno boleznijo, je zato, to \u0161e toliko bolj pomembno, saj mu fizi\u010dna aktivnost lahko izbolj\u0161a kvaliteto \u017eivljenja in pomaga obvladovati simptome bolezni. Obstaja veliko vrst kroni\u010dnih boleznih in nekatere celo nastanejo kot posledica telesne neaktivnosti in nezdravega \u017eivljenjskega sloga. Globalna priporo\u010dila za telesno aktivnost kroni\u010dnih bolnikov so, da bi le tej morali izvajati vsaj 20 &#8211; 75 minut fizi\u010dne aktivnosti zmerne intenzivnosti dnevno, ali pa vsaj 10 &#8211; 25 minut vi\u0161je telesne aktivnosti intenzivnosti dnevno. Ravno zato, ker se veliko bolnikov NE oprijema fizi\u010dne aktivnosti dovolj, je NUJNO, da se POVE\u010cA koli\u010dina strokovno vodenih \u0161portnih aktivnosti, namenjenih kroni\u010dnim bolnikom in izvaja VE\u010c izobra\u017eevanj o pomembnosti telesne aktivnosti pri bolnikih s kroni\u010dnimi boleznimi.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue',sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Vse institucije in posameznike s kroni\u010dnimi boleznimi, ki stremite k izbolj\u0161anju kvalitete \u017eivljena, vabimo, da s podpisom izrazite podporo peticiji pove\u010danja telesne aktivnosti kroni\u010dnih bolnikov v Sloveniji.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue',sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">V naprej se zahvaljujemo!<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><!-- SpeakOut!
